Ordered in thru door dash, the portion size you receive is drastically small and i would recommend ordering 2 portions if you want a fulfilling lunch.Food quality was pretty good.

Same good food with its great beef teriyaki except very stingy with sprouts and broccoli.Like c'mon at $9.49 the franchise can spare a wee bit more vegetables.Beef and mushrooms were very tasty and quite ample.Filling inside their spring rolls were yummy but exterior were sadly greasy.Better tasting mall food.

I hate to give it such a low score. But due to the covid restrictions I had to take it out. I ate it with in about 20 minutes of taking it home. The rice was one big clump. Had to throw at least half of it out. The rest of it was fairly tasty. I ordered the chicken. I was happy with the portion. I counted one piece of broccoli with the veges.... Seems like it was mainly bean sprouts

Taste was ok. The portions were small. I had ordered extra beef/shrimp and for the price I paid, it looked identical to the regular dish. Was disappointed.

Chicken teriyaki for 11$ . My go to mall food court choice. Never disappoints. Good portion size and balance of protein, veg and rice. Terriyaki sauce is flavourful but not overpowering.

There are different versions of bad dishes, but it's just terrible. We ordered two soups, Ramen and Udon. Each of the soups had a lot of vast and raw pieces of mushrooms. When cooking, they did not clean the stove, and parts of old burnt food got into the soup. Udon noodles have a strange smell, tasteless, and unpleasant texture. In my opinion, they use too fatty broth, and it has a very unpleasant smell. I feel awful now. I don't recommend this place.

Had the teriyaki duo on rice of chicken and beef. Big portion and very tasty. Love coming here because they measure their meat and veg portions so it's the same every single time. Light and fluffy rice but you can get udon noodles if you prefer. They also will make it spicy if you ask or add a little extra sauce. I will be back. Oh and I love that I got a fortune cookie with my meal too. Soo fun

Just ordered through door dash . Which I usually go to Kildonan place to eat. It arrived half empty. Barely any sauce which I asked for extra . Beef overcooked just horrible I will stick with Kildonan place

What happened? Their food used to be good! We went today, and for $15 we got a pile of white rice, some cabbage, three mushrooms, one very tiny sliver of broccoli and some diced chicken. Veggies aren’t THAT expensive! Japanese food is usually perfect in every way, but this is just mediocre fast food.
