La Senza

Normally I never have any luck finding a bra that fits. The selection of underwear is great however. When I was in I was helped by Shay who insisted I would leave feeling better about myself, whether I bought anything or not. She wasn't wrong. She actually found me a small selection of bras that would fit. She gave me solid advice on bras for my body type and I managed to find something. Again, there was a very small and limited selection, but I was able to get something that day. Thanks.

It's a small store, but it's got good stock. I'm an awkward size (small cup, big band) but I had lots of options to choose from. The staff are attentive without being pushy, with good suggestions and helping you spend less and get more.The change rooms are closed with the pandemic, but they're still offering to measure you, and exchanging the style I didn't like on my next trip in was completely painless. It can be a bit of a wait with the small capacity limit, but having lots of personal attention is a great trade off.Thanks for all the help!

If I can give 0 to this store I would. I came in here with my boyfriend two week ago and wanted help, but the two girls working there did not greet or cared to help us. They were chatting away by the register. We were clearly the only customers in the store and they clearly saw us lol. Absolute trash service.

Went in yesterday, and the woman working was rude and too busy checking her phone to even greet the customers coming in the store, let alone help when help was needed. I also paid to renew my la Senza membership and she kept my card. Not going back to this location.

If you love below average customer service and having half your items that you picked out left out of your bag on purpose, this is the store for you. People just really don’t care about how they perform their jobs anymore. So disappointing.

This is a great place to stop by and pick up something delicate for your spouse or special friend. Great atmosphere,plenty of inventory, and a knowledgeable and helpful staff.

I love la senza i loved shopping at the soutjgate mall one i was followed and kept bein asked if need help i said no to 4 differemt women that worked there never happend before ..i like to look threw the store see what new whats on sale and check clearence rak .i.anyway it wasnt til i got upset bought 2 things just 2 not like me. #1 i had big big purse cuz i was going spend money #2 i was wear baggy sweats n tshirt as its my day off so im telling dont go if u dont look like u have money or dress like someone gonna steal(i dont know how someone dress like they going steal dresses)they totally made not want shop here but i love shopping in store i shouldnt have to dress up to shop or be respected at la senza or travel far from home to shop in store

so disappointed. below average customer service. there are better places to shop for your lingerie and will actually help you find what you need. avoid this store. Do better

The store has staff that really care about finding you the perfect fit for you! With Covid in place the stores in BC are closed down. After visiting family I discovered the centre at South gate is open. As the changing rooms are still not open it took a few times to find just what I needed but I have to say my experience was absolutely phenomenal with the staff and their expertise. I would highly recommend choosing this location because of that!
