Mermaid Vision in Lunenburg has the best costumer service in the industry. The ladies are so helpful and fully committed to making sure you are happy and comfortable with your new glasses and/or contacts! Cannot recommend this place enough!

While visiting Lunenburg, one of the screws from my glasses fell out rendering them unwearable ! I had noticed Mermaid optical and thought I would run in to get them repaired I was greeted warmly right away and was told they could repair them While I waited - the other employees exchanged pleasantries with me. The lady fixing my glasses told me she replaced the screw on the other side too because it was coming loose. Fully expecting to be charged for the repair I was pleasantly surprised to hear “no charge” That is fantastic customer service even though they knew I was from out of province and likely not a retuning client! Amazing! And thank you once again!

I have been purchasing glasses for many years. Mermaid Vision gave me the best experience that I ever had buying eyewear. I live out of province, but I would definitely go back when it comes time to update my glasses. Wonderful staff that provided excellent service.

I had a wonderful experience buying glasses at Mermaid Vision. They have a large selection of modern frames that would fit anyone’s style. My glasses arrived quickly (less than 10 days) which was appreciated. They had a promo going so I was able to bundle a pair of polarized sunglasses for no cost. Will absolutely come back to for my next pair of glasses!

I was SO pleasantly surprised by the diverse selection of frames here. I had heard nothing but good reviews about this space and was so happy to have it live up to the hype. If you want great quality glasses and are open to something new… go here!Allison was welcoming, patient, sweet, honest; she really impressed me with a number of great frames that I wouldn’t have picked out for myself otherwise- all of which I ended up loving.I went in to browse, and left having ordered two new pairs that I can’t wait to receive!
