A beautiful, serene shrine. However, it is opened in the mid-Spring or Summer because it is not recommended this cold weather.

Martyrs' Shrine
This a pilgrimage place. A miraculous church with lots of visitors yearly. It is positioned along the highway going to the town of Midland. Great place to meditate. Can do picnic with family too. It has station of the cross statue. And parking is free. The 1church itself is beautiful and lots of history. So many greenery, it is also beautiful in autumn. So many touristic place to visit in the area. I love the countryside scenery.

Peaceful and nice place to be! Great place to connect with Almighty. It was so relaxing that i felt so close the god.There is an entrance fees for the christ park, if you have visited the museum, same tickets can be used .It has ample of parking and very calm atmosphere.Must visit if you are in Midlands!!

Beautiful church, have station of the cross right by the mountain. There are plenty of parking spots. Have mass every Sunday. You can bring your own food and have a picnic with family or friends. I fell in love for the first time I visited this place!

I love Martyrs' Shrine, but a Catholic person should not have to pay $10 parking to attend Mass. To spend the day, sure, but there should be a provision if one is attending Mass only. All this said, I purchased a pass for $75. I also know the money is well spent. It's the principle though.

Martyrs' Shrine
Solemn place to pray and do station of the cross. In awe on how the church has been preserved in hundres years. 1.5hrs drive from Toronto country side driving in summer time, this place is 10 mins away from town centre where their harbour is a scenery that can't be missed. Thank you Martyrs for all the graces received and a safe ride for my family.
