Navpreet was most professional, patient, a great listener and a great problem solver. She was able to process my loan within a few hours. She was understanding of my hectic schedule and went out of her way to provide amazing customer service. She brought my concerns to the head office and everything was resolved quickly. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the high interest rate. I contacted a few loan businesses, but easyfinancial was the least complicated and fastest of all.

finally paid off my loan after 3 years, DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH EASY FINANCIAL!!! The moment you get a deferral or miss a payment, EVERYDAY and I repeat, EVERYDAY money is added to your loan making it harder for you to pay off and for the company to continue to make money off of your loan EVERY SINGLE DAY!!
