For the price this hotel was perfect. Very kind and accommodating staff. Rooms were ok, they were happy to change our room when we had an initial issue. Shuttle is 24/7 and we used this a bunch to access the UP express train to go downtown. They could have better coordination between front desk and shuttle to give you a proper eta but hey it’s complimentary.Looking for a decent place on a budget, this is a great option

The staff here are exceptional. From the shuttle driver who picked me up at the airport to all the front desk and housekeeping staff who were always kind and helpful. The room was quiet and very comfortable. I had a two night stay and it was well worth the value. Thank you to all!!!

First off, the rooms are not good. The toilet in the room barely flushed, the shower wasn’t good. The bathroom felt very dirty and there was hair on the shower wall. beds were comfortable but I found a centipede on my bed. The price was unbelievably ridiculous for an inn of that quality. The price needs to be way lower because this place is not worth close to $400 for two nights. After sleeping in the bed for two nights, my skin is very itchy and I’m hoping that is not anything from that bed. Do better.

The staff at the front desk were amazing; polite, courteous and efficient. Unfortunately, I was so disappointed when it came to my room. It was not that cleaned… I took my own desinfectant wipes and wiped an apparent stain easily. Some days during my stay, I would find the room as I left it. No new towels, the garbage stayed where it was.As for the location, I found it far from buses which was not so convenient for me as I came in by airplane. It’s a great place for those who have a car.

Compared with the hotel next door, we had much better treatment and we also paid much less. In Toronto they charge so much for a hotel room so we avoid staying more.Not much space in the room however it was clean and with all the amenities in place.The bed and mattresses were good so we had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was also good with a variety of things to choose from.We disagree with a Hundred Dollar bond which they return when you check out. Stay in this hotel if you are in the Toronto airport.

I booked this place last minute due to a medical situation that delayed us from flying. The room was pretty mediocre. The free breakfast was powdered eggs. The sausage was ok. The real strength of this place was the staff. Phenomenal front desk staff. They were so accommodating and kind. They showed that they cared about my experience. I made several requests and each was met with a smile and promptly taken care of. I would 110% recommend the Quality Inn on Ambler Rd to anyone in need of a warm bed and free breakfast just so you can experience the amazing staff.
