We were very pleased with our recent Home Inspection. Spencer was thorough and took the time to further explain/show us things we may not have been aware of. He told us the entire inspection would take 3.5 hours and he timed it perfectly. The report he sent us that night, included all the things he had shared with us as well. I have so many great pictures of the home and felt confident with his findings. He even found a leak in the basement ceiling which the homeowners fixed. Spencer was very knowledgeable as he went through and completed an inspection on a town home I was interested in purchasing. He started off with using a drone to point of some issues with the roof and shingles. He then pointed out multiple small issues I never would have noticed or even been aware of with electrical, tile, water damage, appliances & the furnace. He was then able to show me different ways to fix some of the issues or explain what type of trade I would need to come in to do what. He was also able to offer insight into maintenance pieces that would keep the home in smooth working order. Spencer was very thorough and gave me so much valuable information for this house and some general information that would be applicable to any home.
