Absolutely the WORST customer service!! Stood in line for over 15 minutes with one person ahead of me. Once they left, told me another person was ahead of me, very rudely I might add! Ended up putting my things down and walked out. Will never come to this location again!!! Friendly service goes a long way people!!!!

This happened yesterday July 3rd. I saw people taking numerous medium and large items from your store that looked essentially empty and unmanned. When I walked in the worker was sitting on the floor behind the till on a FaceTime call. Honestly pathetic and a really bad look for the store in general. I mean I understand personal calls need to be had sometimes, but that was blatant disregard and misconduct.

Hi,I went to the Bentley Store Sunridge mall location today on Sunday Aug 21,2016 at 2:00 pm, I had extremely bad experience with the customer service representative at cashier which was in the store that time.They gave me wrong information and they wasted my time almost one hour. They didn't even care about her customers, who were waited in the line. At the end she missed my lunch box tag which I want to bought. I am very disappoint and upset about their behavior.Now I decided I will never go in the Bentley Store any more.
