I bought a ink cartridge for 20$ without thinking of looking on amazon first. Pictures should say the restI called and asked politely if I could return it as I had found a better deal for ink, the Cartridge bag hadn’t even been opened and he said he wouldn’t.Do it for cheaper and treat your customers nicer if you want more business bud!Update: I attempted to take off the sticker that says remove

VERY VERY happy to have called these guys, was looking for NOCO GX4820 when nobody had stock, they hooked me up with a lester electronics charger that's 10x better! Most businesses I called had little no idea what they were selling, and couldn't recommend me any solutions; Keifer hoooked me up within an hour with EXACTLY what I needed and MORE, all for a super reasonable price! Here's hoping these guys take this sales approach all the way to franchise! Now we can charge our server-rack mounted 48V 100AHr LiFePO batteries with confidence. PS- not sponsored, just legit pleased, these guys deserve more business.

Process works! Great warranty, excellent customer service. Brought in a five year old, tired battery, that was low on capacity and struggled to take a charge. The process brought it back to within the specifications for capacity and slightly above the cranking amp rating for the battery. The process is warrantied for a year and isn't expensive. Also a good place to buy a battery, reconditioned or new.
