If you are hesitant about providing any of your personal information this is not the place for you. The employees were polite and tried to do their job however our interaction with the store manager was less pleasant. While we understood that not providing a phone number or email would limit certain services, she was not able to clearly convey alternative options, nor did she explain that we would have to prepay for shoes ordered in store.To add to the frustration, on a second visit, the shoes that were ordered from their warehouse for pickup were two completely different shoes. Their associate who helped me this time (Kate) was excellent. She took time and effort to correct the error and genuinely seemed to care. Her service would be a reason for someone to shop at this location again.

Found a great pair of shoes here BUT at the cash register was REQUIRED to give either a phone number or email in order to get a 60-day warranty. WHAT? I said a receipt would be fine if I needed to bring them back. No deal. I would not have my phone number or email in their system for them to send me junk emails or texts. So the sale was off. As we were walking away the two female clerks said have a nice day in smirky way. Seconds later before we exited the store we heard them giggling at the interaction. SO rude. We will never, ever return to this poor attitude and even worse customer service!

There was an eastern woman who kept following myself and children around the store, as if we were stealing ( We are an aboriginal family) She had light brown contacts. Awful experience and she made us feel so uncomfortable. Won’t be going back.

Good variety of shoes! Denis is above and beyond,he assisted well and helped me to find exactly what am I looking for! We bought two shoes same day!

I have faced aggressive behavior today at Center Mall shop by the manager ( Lady with Blonde hair). She almost put the shoe on my face just to tell me that shoe got the mud particles on the sole when I was there to return the shoe which was not comfortable for me. Instead they should give me the solution, manager in a very rude manner asked me to clean up the shoe or they can not return and that shoe I have already clear befire hoing there and some dust mark were remaining on the sole. They don't know how to behave with the customers or handle. Horrible experince in Cananda. Can't imagine about it, who are the HR professionals and what kind of minndset they have to hire such kind of people for the job. Isn't Amazing !

Lots of women's and children's shoes but very limited selection for men. Aside from needing a bit more variety for men... some members of the staff need customer service training! We didn't appreciate being treated poorly after declining to provide our phone numbers when making our purchases. That wasn't the first time we've been treated poorly in this store. We won't be back

I had a very positive experience here, I stopped by last few minutes to browse and found that the new balance shoes I was looking for was on par for pricing with Amazon prices, which is very fair, I was greeted and help with friendly staff, and was very happy with my purchase, I will be returning for future selections when I'm looking for footwear, and highly recommend this location

The staff here is generally really nice and helpful, the shoe selection is great, however their SHOES are really lacking quality! I had a really bad experience here lately where I received no help to rectify this situation. I had recently purchases Abella shoes which I love, and are pretty comfortable, however the shoe cap just fell off it! These aren't even that old. When I arrived at the location to hopefully rectify the situation, I was told none of my receipts could be found. I had given them all my personal information years ago, and have purchased over 7 pairs of shoes to date! So what's happening?? My information was all on file with no invoices??? How does that make any sense. Now I have to pay the price for someone else's error, and now owning a poor quality product. All I asked is if they would simply offer me a new cap for the shoes and was told there is nothing they could do. Two pairs of shoes in a short amount of time deteriorated. I did not confront them about the first pair of boots since I had worn them for a few years. Even then, I feel shoes should last longer than that. I'm really upset, especially after all the business I have given these guys. Unreal.

Terrible! Purchased shoes(adidas)for my son 2 weeks ago, already has a hole in the fabric, terrible experience with the staff when we tried to return the shoes. Probably will never spend another $$ at that store.
