This Ski Shop is a real hidden gem ...what a find! I've been skiing the Okanagan 25 years now and had no idea this shop existed. Had some new boots fitted at another shop only to find out the Grip Walk system makes my old ski bindings incompatible. Phoned all over BC trying to find DIN adapter plates so I don't have to buy new skis only to find the plates are back ordered and unavailable at all lower mainland and Whistler shops I called. Thought I'd try this local shop and Val immediately knew what I needed. Not only did they have what I needed...Val and Rick were kind enough to fit them and setup my bindings...all included in the very reasonable price of the adapter kit. Needless to say...Stay Tuned Sports is the epitome of your one stop ski shop..... lesson learned .....if they can't help you out no one can!!!

Easily the best experience I’ve had at any ski shop in town. Went to try on some new boots, they took the time to size me properly and try on multiple different boots, and explained everything very well. Then set up an appointment for a proper boot fitting to get the boot moulded to my foot. Super knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. We’ll definitely be going back for all our ski needs!

Went there for a new pair of ski boots. The staff are all smart and have a vast knowledge about all types of skiing. I ski a lot of park & the boot they recommended has been performing perfectly. The people who assisted me told me all of my options and explained the products to me in great deal. The free heat moulding for the boot is also a great service. My feet did not experience any “new boot” pain and felt very comfy to wear from the get go. Will be returning for future ski inquiries.

Rick and the whole staff were a genuine delight to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable, and ridiculously helpful. Have never felt better taken care of and at home in a store, a true gem. The boot fitting process was thorough and complete with Rick going above and beyond to ensure the fit was perfect. His knowledge and experience on the mechanics of shoving your foot into a piece of plastic was fascinating to be a part of. 10/10 will be back again

Every time I go into stay tuned it’s a positive experience! I come with questions and problems and leave with answers and solutions! Ed, Rick, and Val have all been very helpful and kind. This will be my go to ski shop in Kelowna! Would recommend to anyone. Keep up the great work.

Stay Tuned Sports is without a doubt the best ski boot fitting shop in the Valley. I am an experienced skier and it feels great to finally have a pair of boots selected and fit properly to me. Thanks to the staff.

We're new to Kelowna and needed new ski boots for the coming ski season. We tried a couple of other stores and frankly the expereince was underwhelming.I did a quick google search to find Stay Tuned Sports and the expereince was stellar.It seems like a family run business and everyone there just cares. They heard our needs, got us exactly what we needed and unlike other stores where we were just a transaction, they gave us amazing service / advice and we WILL be back.Don't bother looking elsewhere, just come here to get all your ski needs.

Wow, this is the little local shop that does tremendous work in every aspect. Ski and board tuning is timely and well priced. Best boot fitters in BC !
