Getting my custom plugs was quick and easy. The doctor and office staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Great service: prompt, dependable, extremely knowledgeable, and actually fun. Dr. Hansen patiently answered all my questions and provided much information, so that after each visit I felt empowered and clear about hearing aids and hearing problems.

Got my custom ear plugs for travelling. Took a gravel and anti anxiety medication, Slept like a baby on the plane for a 23 hour flight. Only time I woke up was when they served food. Great quality, worth getting if you have trouble sleeping. I have sleep apnea and light sleeper. This helps deep sleep

$200 right into the trash. Extremely disappointed in both the product and their customer service. I ordered their custom ear plugs which are marketed as soft and to fit perfectly into your ear canal. Much the opposite the silicone they’re made of is quite hard and they were very uncomfortable, almost painful. After the remade they offered I felt no difference, it almost felt like they didn’t even look at them let alone had them changed or created new ones. When I told them I am very disappointed in the product they asked me to come in again for another remake (how many times do they need to see me until they get it right?), when I declined and said I don’t have time to come in a THIRD time (I have a commute) and that I would like to return the ear plugs for a refund instead, they outright said no refund will be given and went dark on me. I understand this is a customized product but we are not talking $15 underwear, they charge over $200 for those ear plugs. They completely ghosted me even after several follow ups. Is this how you treat a customer? Take their money, deliver a flawed product and go dark? I am shocked by how Hear Canada operates and strongly advise not to use their services.

Kind of a funny name for a business when you sit down and think about it. But, great service and I have to say, while I was nervous about having buyers remorse" for spending so much money on a pair of custom made ear plugs vs. what I've been using

I was recommended Sound Hearing Clinic by an audio industry professional that works with world-renowned live music performers. The staff are professional, friendly and honest. The hearing test along with getting my moulds done, was thorough and easy. Dr. Hansen answered all my questions and offered more information and different options for the types of ear plugs that I would need. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I will be going back when I need to get a pair of in-ear monitors.
