I have been a member at Lift Fitness since it opened. All of the coaches and members are so inclusive and encouraging, making Lift Fitness more than about improving physically (which you most definitely will). The supportive culture makes you feel like you’re apart of this great community while pushing you to be stronger and healthier. You won’t regret joining!

This studio fits my needs perfectly. I like to work out with others, it keeps me going! The coaches are supportive and qualified. The workouts are short, varied and effective! They keep the equipment and space very clean. They schedule classes throughout the day. They provide opportunities for extra events for fun or for giving to the community, such as food bank drive. They have adapted to the pandemic by providing online classes, and one on one opportunities with a coach. Excellent value for the price!

I have been in the fitness industry for 12 years, and I have worked at many different gyms - box gyms and studios.I can wholeheartedly say that the experience, knowledge, and dedication of this team is truly unparalleled.They literally have exercise down to the science that it is.They emphasize the fundamentals of exercise.When someone cares about what they do, it shows. And this gym is a perfect example of that.Although classes at this time are online, they are more than just “an online fitness class.”Amazing gym. Amazing community.Keep doing what you’re doing. The world needs more facilities like this.Peace River needs to realize your worth!!!

Heidi and the rest of the coaches at Lift Fitness are constantly working hard to assist their members to strive for their goals. Whether the in class or online format, I am always excited to see what is next! As a person that had not been really “into” fitness before joining, I now look forward to each class because of Heidi’s fun and bubbly personality, her passion for fitness and most importantly to me her no judgment studio. I will always recommend Lift Fitness to anyone that is looking for something new, or for a little extra help and support along their fitness journey!

If you're looking for an exciting, uplifting, and inviting gym to join, Lift is it. Non-judgemental staff and members with so many classes to choose from. I have been a member for the past 2 years and I have seen my body and abilities improve so much. Lift is a great addition to your healthy lifestyle habits! 10/10 recommend!!!
