Blinds To Go

Installation and overall process would deserve top stars. What dropped this for me was some confusion over self-measurements created by the store reps. I had asked two different store reps where the vertical blind measurement should be measured and both gave an answer that was inaccurate, forcing me to buy a new set as the initial ones cut were off by a good 5-6 inches. Lesson learned that they prefer you buy their installer measurement package.

The blinds we’re all supposed to be the same length, but arrived different lenghts, one of them re-tracks on its own, and all three of them were covered in clumps of glue from the manufacturing process. These were expensive blinds, and I would be very reluctant to recommend Blinds To Go to anyone or shop there again myself.Order #938596

Very friendly staff and installer. Some issue with the product workmanship on the valances. Manufacturer cheaped out on the fabric finishing of them. Our installer immediately brought it to our attention and is being addressed. Only day 1, so far so good.

We measured and installed ourselves. The staff was friendly. Our window coverings came in quickly. The prices are still high even with sales but cheaper than many others.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Lynworth came out to give me an estimate and kindly came out again to meet with my contracter to ensure the blinds would be exactly what I wanted and that the contractor would install the trim accordingly (the trim on the top had to be flat to accommodate the valance). Then he had Jason measure and install my blinds. Jason did an outstanding job. I wanted my faux wood blinds to be inside the trim. (Why hide the trim?) The valance looked like a continuation of the trim. Both men were a pleasure to work with.I picked Blinds to Go because their blinds don't have a button to raise and lower the blinds. With my arthritis, I didn't want to have to push a button.

Good customer service. Blinds were ready within a few days. Look great in our room. Very pleased.

When the installer came to put up the blinds the valance was not measured properly and was too long so it was not installed and just left unfinished. I was told I would receive a call to have a technician come out to fix but did not.

Love the new blinds.There was a problem with the valence on one set and one missing set of blinds. Those are being addressed and hoping the resolution will be made promptly.The installer was highly professional and courteous.
