Great customer service. Tim was amazing. What a delightful personality. He took the time to explain everything in detail that I needed to know about my feet and how orthotics work and the best shoes to wear for walking and to wear around the house because my feet hurt, a lot. I am grateful for his time and patience with me and also his staff were all wonderful, pleasant, friendly and caring. Best orthotic service I've had so far and I've been to a few. I would highly recommend Custom Orthopedic, The Walk Shoppe. They also have a great selection of shoes, runners, boots and sandals for all occasions.Rhonda L

A great and reliable place for my custom foot orthotics and compression stockings!This is my second time visiting after my father's custom orthotics. Referred myself back here because he was so satisfied with his. Tim and Cathy were so accommodating to me from the beginning on the phone to inquire and when I got my sizing done. Tim is your certified Pedorthist, a patient and educated man. Not to waste time, Tim was very organized and along the way when sizing, Tim would educate me about my foot and why all this mattered. I was very intrigued by the whole anatomy of the foot and leg - I can see why the maintenance of the foot is important. Pamphlets are available if you don't have the time.So, I would 105% recommend this local shop to anyone looking to benefit from their benefits provider or insurance because you have to appreciate what all your feet does for you. And if you don't have the benefits, well, its still worth it. Save up money to long term care for your feet!I'll be back to refer others! Thank you

The 5 stars are all false they are a corrupt business and should be closed by the government.I emplore you not to give these owners a cent of yours. Please read carefully what I'm going to write. The tall overwheight white male who answers the phone and does the molds for feet should be in jail. He has verbally threatened me over a span of a year. The owners support his violence at this business just so they don't have to do returns or exchanges. I beg you potential customers to avoid these people and all there sister companies because it's of detriment to your health

I had been having issues with my ankles and feet for awhile and no one was able to tell me exactly what the issue was. Tim was spectacular at explaining what was going on to me and providing me with a solution.The staff was amazing, and they helped me with the paperwork required for my health coverage.I got a quality product as well as an education on taking better care of myself.I have had a significant improvement in my feet and I no longer get regular pain.Great experience. Great people. 100% recommend.

Well, they have a 4.9 on 5, what can we say. I'd give them a 6 stars on 5 if I could honestly. Fast and friendly service. Much better than their competitor and by a long shot too. I dealt with Tim mainly but even the other staff members are very nice. I can't express how much I'm pleased with their service. Hope they stay in business for ever!!! Thank you so much!!!

After 31 years of nursing, my feet have taken a beating. Thank goodness for Tim and the team here. A booked appointment, a custom experience with shoe fitting, lots of learning about what I need and how I can be accommodated, and two pairs of shoes later..... I am dancing! For the first time in a very long time, my feet are not hurting. Having a team with such knowledge assist you through choosing the right product is such a gift! Thank you so much, my next shift should be a breeze (like walking on a cloud). :)I will be back for more shoes.

I can't say enough great things about the service at this location. They took time to explain my questions in great detail about issues I was having. I found so much comfort and relief with my first pair of custom insoles I went right back and bought a second. Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and patient. Were also able to help me get everything I needed in order to resolve issues with my insurance claim for my benefits. Highly recommended.

I love this place. I've been twice and I will be again. I have wide feet and I struggled to find shoes that properly fit me. Not a problem here. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. They have a good selections of great quality footwear.I recommend 100%.

I have been very satisfied with all the staff at Custom Orthopedic and the Walk Shoppe in Edmonton, their knowledge of products and friendly way of dealing with customers is well noticed. I have been a customer there for 3 years and I have found Tim to be extremely knowledgeable about all of their products. His ability to work with customers in fitting and designing the best orthotic for their feet is always done with the customer in mind. Tim is very professional and his willingness to make necessary changes is always done in a friendly and courteous way. I have purchased all of my shoes, sandals, winter boots and running shoes at The Walk Shoppe since I first found the store. Every time I have been in the store Tim and the staff have always found time to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I have given referrals to family members and friends, they have gone to see him and are also very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I do not hesitate to give referrals.
