My experience at the Northern Alberta Audiology Clinic was genuinely excellent.My situation of sudden hearing loss was urgent and they managed to schedule me for an appointment the next morning. I've since had the appointment and they're arranging for me to see a specialist ASAP. They'll also keep my GP informed and in the loop.Expedient, professional and highly accommodating.

I have had an excellent experience with the Audiology Clinic of Northern Alberta. The information provided by Ashlea has been thorough and reassuring. I have had a great opportunity to try a demo pair of hearing aids for a good period of time, to experience what it is like to wear them before committing to purchasing. The experience has been interesting, and I have been pleased with the pace that information has been offered. I have not felt rushed at any point, and I feel that I am being well taken care of. I can see that my new hearing aids are going to represent a significant improvement in my life.

Because of ongoing and progressive ear problems it has been necessary to have regular adjustments to my hearing aids and also more powerful units supplied. I find that the Audiology Clinic is very thorough, patient and their follow up has been excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for aids for hearing or hearing analyses.

Laréna is not only extremely well skilled in her field but puts tremendous effort into ensuring you are hearing the absolute best you can with the hearing loss you have. I have worn hearing aids for ten years and had given up on trying to hear because of what I now know was improper testing in the past resulting in so much frustration on my part.Laréna is so knowledgeable she was quickly able to determine my hearing needs.
