Terrible experience. I tried sending important papers. The owner couldn't even focus with 1 customer he was jumping around doing different things and rushed us. Also, He could not spell the city correctly. Payed so much for bad service. Would not recomend, go somewhere else for peace of mind.

Very poor service. Even after paying around 1000dollar its been more than 2 months and my courier is still not delivered. First time experienced such a bad service. I have visited the store multiple times asking for soultion but nobody is helping me. They aren’t even giving my stuff and money back. Probably the worst experience I have ever had.

Absolutely worse shipping company. Bought $96 motor mounts from the states … these fit in a box sized 8x12x6 and weight 6lbs. This is a small box not weighting very much. Not only did this company charge $53 usd or almost $70cad. They then slapped me with a $26 duty/taxes fee. My taxes were only $6 so this company was charging me 4 times the price of my taxes for their “services” and won’t release the item until you pay. This is completely unacceptable and I will be refusing anything that is to be shipped with Dhl again. I will communicate t lo every business I come across that I strictly will not to business with them if they use dhl. I ship/deal with over 200k on product a year… I’ll gladly take my service to fedex/ups/upss before I ever think about going back to dhl.

Staff here is knowledgeable, prompt, and so helpful. The service is fast, easy, and affordable – way better than the other shipment/delivery companies.
