If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Really terrible service, wish I had read the reviews before getting my car towed here. SLIMY people, got the run around so many times. It was a nightmare trying to get my car back- countless phone calls and visited so many times just to get updates. No one ever calls back or knows what is going on any time I call. The work that was finally done was shotty and not worth waiting for. My car was here for 2 months for minor work done that would have taken any competent mechanic under a week to complete. I dont know how a business run so poorly is still functioning. Dont bring your car here- go literally anywhere else. I cant imagine worse service existing.

Unprofessional, Unresponsive and Rude!!If you want to deal with bunch of above mentioned characters, this is the place for you,Otherwise stay away!!6 months, 6 long months and a lot of stress and frustrating experience! Never expected this in a developed nation like CanadaAlso, stick with your Insurance approved repair shop for peace of mind!

Never ever get your car towed here if you’re working with insurance. They’re just going to keep your car there for multiple days and avoid your calls to have the outstanding balance can keep racking up. Don’t even know if they’re all in collaboration with the insurance company since we refused to have our car fixed here since they’re one of All States “reputable” shops and wanted it towed to our own shop.

Yesterday whilst driving in Mississauga. I experienced a very not okay driver. Making impact with construction pylons, signs and as well driving irrationally on Hurontario.One of the drivers in a clearly marked Lyons Auto Body truck took action to help the driver to a safe area, usher traffic and isolate the not okay driver. Could not have witnessed a better act. Huge kudos to your Lyons driver. Represented your company so well

When some one rear ended me my insurance directed me to them. Honestly they fixed my car but had to ask them so many times when my car was ready past the due date they said it would be . They took there time were hard to deal with and when I finally came and visited them the 4 time car was ready , it was filthy dirty and at the point just told them I would take care of it myself from the frustration and runaround I was getting . I would avoid them but seems they have all the slime tow truck drivers trying to bring there car here . Shady spot and must be avoided.

Terrible experience, never ever get your car towed to them. They will keep your car for ever with absolutely zero updates. Worst they have misplaced one of my tries and fixed the wrong size one. I only came to know when I was getting my summer tires back.

Recently I needed some repairs on my car and Lyons did an amazing job! Their staff was so friendly and helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. I know I’ll be returning for all my future auto repair needs. Thank you so much for all of your help!

They towed our car with a minor damaged but it took a long time for them to fix and sadly to say it's hard to contact them .The person who is handling the repair can't contact and the receptionist has no idea what's going on.It makes us so upset. It just like we are dealing with the person blindly.

Someone had rear ended the car I was in and Lyons was the first tow truck on scene.Lyons is highly unethical. They take advantage of you right after an event. They pushed a rental on us that 2x what a car rental like Avis would charge and took forever to fix the car and kept going back to the insurance for more money.They are highly unethical. Avoid at all cost.

Hi! I brought my Mazda CX-5 in for repair due to a road kill accident back in August. I spoke with Kelvin and he set me up and started my claim right away. It took a long time before the parts were in due to shortage of parts in many car manufacturers. But he found another dealer that was able to provide the parts faster. What I am mostly grateful for, is the result at the end. They fix my car, and I am super happy with the result. My car look like new again(even better than before). Furthermore, they even fix the other side of the front bumper and wing that was not part of the accident for free. I am very happy with my experience at Lyons Auto body and will recommend it to anyone.
