I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Edge from the local Auto Hub located at 109 Queenston Rd in Hamilton. We were shown a picture of the car and was told that it was fully loaded. After all the paperwork was signed, and the car was delivered, and we noticed a few things. The tail light was cracked, and the car was far from being fully loaded as it didn’t have leather, moonroof, as promised. They mentioned the car also had a claim after the car was already transferred. The brakes failed shortly after the safety expired. They were kind enough to send us to a local shop to have the brakes fixed. When we mentioned the taillight being cracked, they said it wasn’t a part of the safety until we showed them literature from the MTO website stating that any cracks in the lights would be an automatic fail. They eventually ended up fixing the taillight for us. There was also hidden damage from the accident that wasn’t repaired. When we mentioned this to them, they said that they would not be willing to repair this part and we would have to pay out of pocket for the repair. I had to make additional trips to Auto Hub and their local repair shop until the car was good. Manny was very difficult to deal with once we brought the various issues we had with the car to him. I would never purchase another vehicle from Auto Hub and or recommend any family or friends to do business with a company that’s doesn’t believe in doing what’s right and assisting the customer to make them feel good with their purchase.

I brought my car in for detailing. I am pleased with their work and attention to detail.The car detailers did a great job cleaning both the interior and exterior of my vehicle.Roman, I must have missed you when picking my car, but want to thank you for doing a great job! I left your tip with your coworkers.Overall, I highly recommend bringing your car here for a cleaning.
