absolutely such a bad service. I received a letter indicated that i do not need to make an appointment and i can drop my car for regular check up at anytime WITHOUT an appointment. however, when i called and ask about that, they said i can ignore the letter and I still make an appointment. i was like wth, fine.But they are really lack of staffs, lack of services, lack of everything. i called on Dec 09 and their next available appointment is Dec 21, omg. i can't believe they have such a bad services like this. last time, i called them i have an emergency and need to replace the battery ASAP, they said their next available appointment is one week later. come on, what does it mean Emergency"???"

They sold me a defective car, while the chip did not have a seat, when I approached them, they said that I should receive an email, but after six months, I still did not receive any email or letter, I called the car service department, but they did not have a chip. It is not only important to sell a car, after-sales service should also be considered, but unfortunately this is not the case, be careful when buying.

This review is based on my personal experience. Employees are very nice, friendly, and helpful. Reservation required. Parts department available. Waiting time is normal and acceptable. Credit cards accepted. Waiting area with chairs and TV provided. Public washroom available. Free parking lot available in the front.

While the sales team is awesome my service experience over the last two years has been terrible.First they installed a defective tonneau cover and essentially just told me I don’t know how to use it or close it properly. It took 4 “adjustments” before they finally replaced it, and they never apologized for saying I don’t know how to use it.Now my front grille and headlight chrome is peeling, I went in 3 times to ask about warranty and called 4 times leaving messages with the front (not voicemail) each time. After 3 months I still had no response to my concerns… that’s 7 separate inquiries and nobody had the decency to call me back or follow up?!I had to contact GMC Canada directly and complain before Eagle Ridge would even return my calls.After this warranty repair (that GMC Canada approved) I will be going to Carter for all my service. They actually care about their customers.

I recently purchased a GMC evulation truck from here. I highly recommend JOSH FRITH as your salesman. I called him , he quickly resonded and found the truck I wanted. Which was no easy task due to the color. Immediately he recommended me to put a 500$ fully refundable deposit on it. Two weeks later I got my blue evulation GMC 2.7 liter engine. Let me add this truck hauls , the turbo engine is faster than the 5.3 liter. I got an average of 8 ltr per 100 driving to Cultus lake. So glad Josh with his 10 years experience and knowledge recommend me the 2.7 over the other engine's. After the sale he hooked my phone up to the truck, set up my On Star, ordered touch up paint, and gave me 350 in gas cards. He was like no other salesman I dealt with. Thank you Josh for making my truck purchase so easy and enjoyable.
