Honestly the place looks run down.But hands down definitely one of the best slices of pizza at had in a very long time. There's a reason why it's ranked number second in all of Canada.Create price and perfect ratio of cheese sauce and crust. Really recommend this place it's worth it.

I love to try new pizza places and this was recommended by a friend. The staff is very friendly, its a family run place with helpful staff. for that they get 5 stars all day long.. while waiting for my order even hearing their interaction regarding delivery orders shows they care. the place itself is quite interesting with old school video games and pinball machines lining the walls in the restaurant. However, the pizza was not really my favourite. I'm not a fan of toppings going under the cheese as all the toppings always slide off with first bite and the pepperoni does not crisp up but steams up under the cheese. The crust was ok, again, nothing that stands out. Also the value is not there for me... $36 with tip for large pizza that has sliced hot dogs on it is not something I'd like to experience again. Super good staff and service and very big menu, so maybe next time, i'll try one of the philly steak sandwiches.

Best place ever been going for over 20 years. I wouldn't ever change places for anyone. Best staff, great variety of food for everyone, best service ! Overall you feel welcome no matter what time of day you go here.

Just ordered from Gino's for the first and last time. Sauce tastes like tomato soup and Ragu mixed and way too much of it, the sausage on the Gino's special pizza is undercooked sliced up breakfast sausage. Cheap pepperoni and soggy pizza that toppings slide off of. Overall a huge disappointment. Didn't even finish one slice from the $40 pizza

A true Kingston Original. Still the same great pizza they've always had and the staff were fun and professional. They even have some great games to play while you wait for your pizza, pasta or sandwiches.

Absolutely the best pizza and pasta around,, personally my favorite location, amazing staff, amazing food, just an all around amazing atmosphere!! If you want quality made good ole Italian dishes then i suggest you give Gino's a shot you won't be disappointed. Thanks Gino's for being my #1 for over 20 years now.

I always enjoy coming here: the 80s decore the good attitudes of the staff and great food, and I'd recommend anyone to visit any time. Crystal is the star of the show and a model example on how a good attitude goes a long way in the service industry.I have only been going to Gino's for a few months but I can't imagine the place without her her energy it just wouldn't be the same
