Highly recommend. Friendly, efficient, professional.When I first called I asked if they were open on Sunday, no, could I come that day (Friday), Saturday or Monday. I couldn't, so I thanked her and said goodbye, but she insisted on opening just for me.Couldn't believe it - how kind. My daughter and I could not be happier with our pedicures.

I got a manicure and pedicure done today, by Joanna. I’m not from Red Deer so I was hoping to find a nice place to relax for a few hours and I am very happy I chose Vanese! The service was amazing. All of staff were very friendly, kind and engaged in conversation the whole time. They treat their customers like friends/family. I could tell by the way the treated other customers there that people really enjoy going there. This is a very clean and professional environment. I wish I lived closer so I could come here more often! I will definitely come back when I drive through Red Deer again :)

I have been a customer of Vanese Nail Salon since it opened several years ago but my experience last week was less than satisfactory. This concerned eyebrow waxing performed by the Owner and, subsequently to that, her response when I followed up about the burning, redness and blistering I experienced later on that day and into the next day on the bridge of my nose and the eye orbital area . I mentioned to her that an eyebrow waxing professional known to me over the years had viewed these results at my hairdresser's appointment the next day and said that it looked as though the wax was too hot. I checked yesterday with another beautician who confirmed the same.... I checked on line and it said that the above burning condition can occur, not necessarily at the time of waxing, but after the fact. There was nothing in my initial telephone conversation with the Owner/Manager to apologize or to say I am sorry to hear that" nor "Come down and let me have a look" nor "Send me the after treatment photos you say you have" .....Instead she argued saying "I do not accept that

This place and the people in it are fantastic. I use to go there once a monthfor about 2 or 3 years. The ladies there make you feel at home and they are good at what they do. There is manicures and pedicures and massage.
