Terribly unprofessional. I have been trying to get a hold of my work for a month and half regarding my case and no one has called me back. The workers at this office don’t care at all about you.

Hi I explained the reason for my call recover 19 roll out and they disconnected. Nice touch.

They don’t pick up the phone! Phone rings and rings and a caseworker still hasn’t reached out to me so I’m not getting any payment.

Took 2 weeks for my worker to check messages and instead of help I got more barriers, my rent is 3 months behind because my worker doesn’t care.

Ginger Brown at this office has a way of being unprofessional for the people she manages cases for, couldn't say anything nice about her even if I tried to lie.When I confronted her about her practice towards my friend,I was verbally abused.Nothing to say about this building as a whole other than if your looking for a career to help enhance your mental illness this place is great start to a devastating career.Shouldn't be called Ontario works it's should be called Ontario works against you so you can never progress in life.Ontario rising star is a crashing commentIt's impossible to get anywhere when they run a business like a circus with clowns and hoops at every turn
