Exterminator came during a very busy week to take care of our wasp nest right away. They were easy to book with over the phone and responded in excellent time. Everything was done very professionally.

I use the service for a 140-unit apartment complex. The service and attention are always exceptional. Highly recommended.

These guys are our hero's, after a pigeon wandered into our store, Insideout Homestore, with our lovely white slipcovered furniture and flew around pooping they came to our rescue and successfully rescued the bird and set it free. We had a large dry cleaning bill but it could have been a lot worse.

** Update ***Victoria Pest Control came back and offered me several additional treatments at no cost. Not sure why this bed bug issue persisted for several months but we are now bed bug free and I am extremely thankful to Victoria Pest Control for their amazing customer service, they really went the extra mile for me. Thank you SO much!***I used Victoria Pest Control because I had a bed bug infestation on one of my couches. It was a moderate infestation mostly contained to one couch. I had treatment done multiple times by one of the pest control technician, who was great. Professional service and easy to work with!Unfortunately their treatment didn’t completely work and I still have bed bugs on my couch. This is why I have to leave 3 stars. I’m not sure why the treatment didn’t work (and I don’t think it’s the company’s fault necessarily!) but it’s a bit frustrating as I paid $600 for treatment and I still have bed bugs.

They spent time analyzing my problem over the phone and then through photos I sent them, free of charge. I was blown away by their knowledge and service, and will be sure to use them for any future pests problems. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for pest issues.

Victoria Pest Control was really responsive on my first call, scheduled me in on the next day when told about a huge hornets nest in my yard - a quicker response than several other companies - which I really appreciated. Their technician Joey was super kind and professional, explained the whole process, and proceeded to remove the nest. They also warranty until the end of the year if any wasps come back. Thanks for an outstanding job!

Victoria Pest Control was extremely responsive, professional, prompt and affordable. We own an exterior remediation company, and had a mammoth of a hornets nest preventing us from doing a gutter clean for one of our clients. We had these guys out less than 24 hours after our initial call. We are now able to get our job done because they did theirs so well. Will certainly call again if we run into a similar issue! Joey took control of a rat issue that was in the attic. He was on time, polite and very thorough. He explained all the details concerning how to eradicate the problem in a clear manner. Very professional!
