Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Amazing service !!!Went to the enterprise on sources and was greeted with a welcome from all the employees that i encountered on my way to the check in counter. This is a very friendly location. I did my check in with Zee and Rubens who both gave me a 5 star customer service. They listened to my concerns and ensured to provided me with options that would meet my needs.Thank you Zee and Rubens on des source blvd.

I booked a car for Friday. They called me to tell me that have nothing in the category I ordered from until Monday. I really needed a car as I had to take and bring my kids from daycare. I asked to get anything at the moment and change it on Monday as per their suggestion. Not a problem. When i drove the car it made a crazy amount of noise! I sucked it up because I knew I was getting the car changed on Monday. When picking my kids up. The car is so tiny in the back the car seat won’t buckle!! I found out only when getting the kids from daycare. I waiting till Monday mon ring to call the branch. The branch opens at 7:30. I called over 8 times from 7:30-8:30 am and not one answer!Finally managed to reach them at around 2:30-3. After speaking with a rep that couldn’t talk to me in English. I spoke with the manager to confirm the above details. Saying I really need to change the car. It’s not safe I can’t buckle my kids in the car seat with this car. It’s making weird noises. The sticker on the corner shows the last time there was on oil change was at 25k kilomètres and 2021. The car is at 48k kilometres and we’re in 2023!! And she told me to come by the branch at 5 but she doesn’t know/believe if they’ll even have a car for me. I asked her to call me to let me know so we don’t waste her time or mine to simply come by and see. She never called back and no one answers!!Horrible experience!!!

Worst customer service experience I have ever seen. They dont know how to satisfy a customer by using there customer service skills. 0 customer service experience. Also very rude. They will scream at you and make you feel stupid if you try to negotiate with them 0 respect for customers. Will never recommend to go there. From an experienced previous car rental manager. Might as well just hire a robot at this point. What a waste of Human Resource.

I had a great experience, the staff is very polite and skilled, especially Abdo, she is very patient and attentive, and the cars I rented were very comfortable for a month.

I'm always very satisfied with the rental counter on Des Sources . Everyone is nice and smiling and they do their best to accommodate you . I recommend you book ahead of time to make your experience smoother but in any case if they can get you a car they will do it . Clients have to realize that this team will do all what is possible, but miracles are hard to get by these days so please stay polite and don't act crazy when they are only doing their jobs.

I was very happy and impressed with the service. William is the guy that helped me with my issue he was so professional and full of positive vibes. I had to switch my rental which non of the other enterprises were helpful but William in this enterprise solved my issue and gave me a car that I was very satisfied with.Amazing service bravo

Rented a 12 foot truck yesterday, it was ready on time, in good shape, clean and reasonably priced. The team that served me at pick up and drop off was kind, courteous and professional.
