Dr. Christine Webster is a friendly, kind, caring and knowledgeable health care professional. Her receptionist was very friendly and efficient too. They both put me at ease during my visit at the clinic and took care of my issue. The health care system will lose a very valuable member with Dr. Webster’s imminent retirement and the closing of her clinic. Thank you Doctor, to you and your staff and all the best in the next chapter.

I have been seeing Dr Webster for years. Linda the receptionist who used to work here was very professional empathetic caring and understanding. Linda has retired and Dr Webster now has a new receptionist who is just the opposite blunt rude impatient. This needs to be addressed by Dr. Webster as she is a wonderful Doctor but the first impression with the new receptionist will definitely hurt the referral business. Online reputation of any clinic by all staff working at the clinic needs to be stellar since everyone now has started to check the Google My Business Page. Love you Dr Webster but please have a long chat with your new staff. Thanks.

My family has seen Dr. Webster for years. We love her but the receptionist is so terrible. Cold, rude, and downright manipulative. It's so bad just don't even bother, ask for a referral elsewhere

Dr. Webster is an amazing dermatologist, and a very sweet person as well. Unfortunately, her receptionist is beyond rude and unprofessional. She cuts you off mid sentence, yells at you if she doesn't like you calling her out on her bs and hang up on patients over the phone. I've witnessed this at lease on 2 separate occasions while waiting to see the doctor. I can't understand why Dr. Webster just won't hire a new, more professional receptionist. It's a shame, really.

I had gotten a referral here from my doctor. The receptionist called me with the most rude tone I've ever heard. Didn't even say where she was calling from. And acted like I shoulda known she was calling. Very terrible. And now I'm trying to call and reschedule my appointment and it's saying that the phone number is unavailable" and no one answers. I don't understand how businesses run in this manner. I haven't even seen the doctor yet and I'm completely turned off."

Considering the receptionist is communicating with people who are having health issues, she lacks all compassion and curtesy for the patients under Dr. Webster. It was actually the worst customer service I have dealt with, and I’m in shock she is in this position.

About 2 years ago I saw her for a suspicious lesion I had. She checked it and confidently confirmed it was just a seborrheic keratosis yet never bothered to take a biopsy or to remove it. This year I decided to double check it and get a biopsy and sure enough, it's basal cell carcinoma. Thanks a lot Dr. Webster for not having done a biopsy back then and for convincing me it was nothing to worry about.

Christine Webster has been treating a few of my family members and now myself members for years. She has been amazing, caring, and attentive. Unfortunately her receptionist is beyond unprofessional, condescending, and just blatantly rude when dealing with you. I had to deal with her when I was interpreting for my hearing impaired brother and now for myself and she has only gotten worse. It’s very difficult because she’s the only one in the office as well. Sad to see such an amazing doctor paired with a receptionist with zero curtesy or care when calling.

Dr Christine Webster has been treating my 79 year old mother, over the last few years. Her Care Compassion and Great way of relating to her clients, is lesson to be learned by other health care professionals. I have been critical care paramedic for many years, and say her way of relating to clients is SIMPLY AMAZING!!!!

My doctor put in a referral over a year ago with this doctor. I had followed up on multiple locations to inquire and I was advised by the receptionist that my doctor needed to book the appointment. However, when I followed up with my doctor he showed me that Dr. Weber's office had indicated that the referral was received and that I needed to call to book the appointment. In following with this instruction the Dr. Weber's office voicemail remained full for days following. Finally I was able to speak to someone likely the receptionist a week later who was very short over the phone and provided in accurate information (that they had just started on reception recently and were working through this past months referral list, indicating that they had not received my referral). This is completely fine however, I didn't appreciate the dismissive attitude of the receptionist on the other line. In the future when a patient calls for service it would be helpful to treat them with respect as opposed to rushing them off the phone with no regard and or not letting them speak, especially considering how difficult it is to connect with this office in the first place.I would encourage you to ask your GP for multiple referral options if you can for a Dermatologist. Don't just go with this one if it is offered to you as the service received was not acceptable.
