You guys are amazing! Both of my kids told me about you. I've never been treated that way at a body shop before. Not only were you fast but you clean the car inside and out and the repair is excellent.The courtesy and the genuine feeling of been valued cannot be overlooked. The courtesy vehicle was fantastic! Because of what you do I hope I won't be back too soon! But I will be back.

Truly wish I could give more stars, the service here was absolutely phenomenal! I have never had my car taken in and returned so quickly with the repairs that it needed. The courtesy car was also very nice and clean. Joe and everyone here obviously take a lot of pride in what they do and I cannot recommend them enough.

I have had two vehicles get paint work done at JMax, one very recently. It's very apparent JMax's employees take a lot of pride in their work, are honest, care about making sure the areas of the vehicle requiring work look as perfect as possible, and that the customer is happy. Both times I have used JMax I have been throughoughly impressed and happy with the work.

My repair experience at J Max was nothing but the best. Took a while to get an appointment but it has become obvious why, they are the BEST. The staff is very friendly, I received regular updates as to how my vehicles repairs were going, and when I picked the car up it was so well cleaned it looked brand new again! I brought my Chinese friend’s car here after seeing the positive reviews.The car had sustained a side impact, so both doors needed to be replaced.I talked to Peter who explained it could be more than two weeks to complete.The problem being, my friend needed her car in no more than two weeks as she was leaving on a holiday.In less than two weeks JMax contacted me saying the car was ready.I arrived to find the car looking like new. Absolutely beautiful job.In addition the seats had stains removed and were Clean.I can’t Thank Peter and technicians for their Great Work and outstanding Customer Experience.I will be a repeat customer.

JMax was one of the best experiences I have had in terms of customer service. I was referred to them from my mechanic as he doesn't do Auto Pac claims and JMax does.From the very first conversation with Peter I had nothing but good service. He explained everything in detail and was very patient. I had two claims against my truck and they fixed it up quickly and efficiently. In fact, my truck looked better than it did when I first bought it. Seriously, they detailed the inside and outside... It made such a positive impact from the start to finish.During the repairs, I received text message updates from Scott so I knew where they were in the process. They also gave me a courtesy vehicle for the time it took them to repair my vehicle. Peter informed me it would take about 2 weeks to do everything and it ended up only being 1 week. The help they gave us was amazing. Our car was broken into and the driver side glass was broken. After calling Team Auto Parts Limited" (which was also amazing) and ordering the glass

Customer service is 10/10. The quality of work from this shop is spectacular, I wish I took a picture of my truck before I picked it up but I was too excited to drive it. :) I highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Each time that I go to JMax, I feel at home. They take care of my vehicle as if it were their own and make sure that I don’t do any unnecessary repairs. They almost always offer other, more cost effective options, and ensure that my car is safe to drive.A good example of their service is this morning when after getting my car back yesterday and noticing a burnt out indicator bulb.
