Beware ordering a car from these guys. I ordered a 2023 Telluride and after waiting 10 months, they told me they have a new deal - I can accept a $5100 increase or they will sell the car to someone else. Sure, I can get my $1000 deposit back, but I can't get my time back. Find a dealer that values honesty and integrity.Response to below: No, the vehicle was not switched to a 2023. Per the purchase agreement, it was always for a 2023. You can hide behind the fine print or blame Kia Canada, but it was your sales person that took the order and told me the contract price would be the price I pay. The fact he no longer works for you makes no difference.If you are thinking of ordering a car- just look at this exchange. Grimsby Kia themselves say that if your vehicle takes more than 4 months they will not honour your purchase agreement. There are many dealers out there who believe a deal is a deal. After my experience, I'd suggest you go to one of them.

Amazing customer service! All the staff are so friendly and great to work with!You have to meet Jamal Gaskin! He is the guy you need to speak to when you need a car. He will give you the best car shopping experience. He will hook you up with the car you want and need!Their finance guy Mark Facchin is incredibly friendly as well. He will work with you to make sure that all the paperwork is made perfect.This is a no BS dealership! They have good prices and they won’t try to scam you for more money. I recently purchased a 2024 Kia Seltos from Grimsby Kia. The whole experience from beginning to end was great!I worked with Geovany the sales rep who took time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions and was very professional. On pick up day he spent over an hour and a half going through the car features and how they worked which was great. I also had a great experience with Mark the financial service manager who worked with me to fit the new car into my budget. Overall it was a great experience working with the team at Grimsby Kia, and the car has been great!

Be careful of this place - they quietly switch the agreed upon terms on you. I agreed to a deal with the salesman. He wrote all the details on paper and got it approved by the manager. By the time the manager wrote out the invoice and had me sign it, all the details were left out. After back and forth between the manager and salesman with me in the middle the sales manager said he'd never agree to such terms. Needless to say the deal fell through. I walked out and got a much better experience at a near by location. All this is on top of promises in writing of the car coming within a short time only to start pushing back on all the promises once the offer needs to be signed.In response to Kia management response.... This is not a mistake or misunderstanding. I am not sure what you thoroughly searched and how you attempted to identify the transaction. Paper work definitely shows Grimsby KIA at 435 south service road. I also clearly remember where I went.
