Terrible management. Avoid if you can!!Totally ruins the building experience and the atmosphere.- When you call, or email, often times you will not get any responses.- The email notices are always threatening in nature, really really terrible attitude.- I tried to do a lease takeover due to getting a job offer elsewhere, they took over two weeks, multiple emails, phone calls and frustrating exchanges to process an applicant after they denied my first on shaky grounds. It ended up taking a month to do a lease takeover when I had multiple applicants lining up. I explained my situation to them and they could never empathize and expedite their snails pace.It would really help if they could do simple things like fix the garage door instead of threatening tenants with the cost to fix it. Install mirrors on the garage door entrance for safety when pulling out (hazardous entrance with an huge uphill blind spot), I brought this up multiple times and have seen people in near collisions multiple times.Not to mention the mail thief that has stolen my friends packages on multiple occasions…Not worth your money, cheap materials used in construction the walls easily stain, appliances always breaking (saw the maintenance man so much he basically became my friend, unfortunately he was the only friendly employee).

DSM Properties have quality units to rent and a responsive maintenance team. With the imposed restrictions and precautionary measures required to protect employees and service providers, it has been quite the struggle to act on all the various service requests but the DSM team have acted in a curtious and professional manner.

worst management team and application agent (Vanessa Hamelin vanessa@immeublesdsm), they will ignore your requests and refuse to give you an update, but if you change a phone number to call them they will pick up quickly. They will black list the phone number they do not want to answer and play the pre recorded voice message.

I lived here for the last two years and can confirm most of the negative reviews of this company are true.No concierge, no security, no management staff working on site for the last two years. You can only see them when they want to inspect your unit.Garage got break into several times and bikes were stolen.As there's no management staff working onsite, policies like non-smoking are not enforced.Services usually seen in other rental apartments at this price point such as exterior window cleaning, do not exist here.Very slow response to tenant's inquiry.One side of the elevator has stopped working for months. Today the other one stopped working as well.I'm not renewing my lease and I strongly advise looking elsewhere. With location being its only advantage, the buildings of this company are not worth their price.

By far the worst experience when trying to apply for an apartment.It’s unfortunate, because I actually fell in love with their units, but their selection process was a joke! The rental agent I was in communication with (Nadine Labelle) was absolutely terrible, and I doubt she even knew what she was writing half of the time. It never made sense whatsoever. When challenged with the actual law, she magically disappeared , and stopped replying to the multiple emails that I sent her.To say I dodged a bullet when it came to renting with them would be an understatement!!! I definitely wish I would’ve read the reviews on here, before moving forward with my application.

Beautiful units, but as many mentionned, cheap paint on walls and frequently unresponsive management.The elevator (the only one) in my building is constantly broken, which is not ideal when I often have heavy loads to carry on an upper floor.Overall good but some aspects are awfully frustrating with no clear resolution in sight.

Management and office staff are unresponsive, don`t answer the phone, answers emails randomly and without clearly answering your question. It takes over one week for them to check an application FOR COMPLETENESS (let alone screen the applicant!). 12 days and counting Its like pulling teeth to even know if the application is complete and being processed.

Building service is horrible. Sarah nevers answers her phone or emails. Our building's only elevator is always done. It's been out of service all weekend (still not working) and no message has been sent out to tenants explaining what the issue is!?! I would never recommend anyone to rent these units due to the building management's work ethic.

Apartments are beautiful and really soundproof but the included appliances are of very low quality. The administrative team is friendly and helpful.However, I agree with the other comments: the management team offers very poor support and doesn't have a client-first approach. For apartments of such a high price and with the way they sell their customer service approach on their website, it is very disappointing.Also, there is no visitor parking, which is also very disappointing for apartments located centrally.

The apartments are generally nice and well located. I echo most negative reviews regarding the management.Although the administration staff are generally friendly, the manager takes no responsibility for the issues with the building and will brush off any inquiries as being your responsibility. One of the two elevators in our building hasn't properly functioned in months. They suspend all work on the units during the pandemic, which is reasonable, but then proceed to increase monthly rent in the same month.I'd also note that the only recent 5 star review is in fact from Mr. Bouillé the manager himself.The fact management prefers to try to artificially boost their ratings instead of addressing the tenants concerns clearly demonstrates their lack of professionalism.
