Auto Rescue Towing

The first driver showed up an hour past when they said he would, and the company didn’t supply him with the necessary equipment to tow me out. He said a second truck would be out in 15 min. It was over an hour by the time the next driver showed up.With all that said, the drivers were nice, and the guy that finally got me out of the snow was knowledgeable and good to deal with.

Will never recommend Auto Rescue. Was told the driver would be there @ 130 pm after multiple calls to both Auto Rescue and road side assistance 3 hrs later my car is still waiting for a tow truck.CAA operator not happy to discover that Auto Rescue dispatch told her that the driver was on his way 1-1/2 hrs ago and that I was still sitting in a parking lot of a closed store in -20 weather! My first call to road side assistance was at 1230 eta of tow truck driver 130. 430 still no tow truck but I was finally sent home by CAA dispatch as she said I should have not been left sitting there. Auto Rescue told CAA it would be at least another hr! Obviously they don’t dispatch trucks in the order they are called in, thank GOD my driver didn’t just drop me off with my car! I would have froze inside my car waiting for them to come.

The dispatcher was really nice and so was the driver. Great company to deal with!

Got into a car accident my vehicle was totaled. And they were very nice and helpful when I need to get my belonging from the vehicle later on. Will he recommending them from now on.

I have used Auto Rescue twice now & they are amazing! Both guys I dealt with were so friendly & easy going. But HUGE shout out to Frank who came in on his day off, in the rain, to tow my car 2.8K. Words can express how grateful & how much I appreciate the customer service! I was in a huge pickle & Auto Rescue came through!

Had the bad luck of getting a flat in PA but Auto Rescue towing was right there to lend a hand! Glen was very friendly and professional, changing out the flat for my spare and then later towing us all the way to Nipawin after the spare turned out to have a faulty valve! Could not have been happier with the service! Great job guys!

Highly recommend Auto Rescue Prince Albert. Glen towed us from just south of Waskesiu to Saskatoon. Very friendly and courteous. Tried his best to help us find a car rental . If you get Glen as your tow operator your in good capable hands.

We locked our keys in our car and we are two hours from home and this police called this guy for us and he came in less than five minutes and he only charged us $50 as the other place was going to charge us $200! God bless u for saving our dog
