I can’t recommend Tile Town enough. From the moment you are greeted when you walk in the door, to help in selection and follow up, all the associates go above and beyond. The customer service experience is probably the best I have received from any kind of retailer.

I have been shopping for some decorative tiles for my bathroom. I visited all the tiles stores in Victoria. One of my first places that I visited was Tile Town and I really loved the customer service there. Because I didn't find tiles that I was looking for there, I was checking all other stores in Victoria. I ended up going back to Tile Town and getting my white tiles. All of the employees are great. I was helped by Kiana and I have to tell you....she is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and she really knows tiles. I was amazed that she was able to find a tile for me just looking at the sample. She really helped me and I have to tell you to go there first if you are looking for a great customer service. This will be my store to go to when I need some tiles. Thank you Tiles Town for your great customer service :)

Our sales rep Jesse (Victoria location) was so great! He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us select our tiles and have them available for us when and where we needed to pick them up. After shopping around for a long time we found the selection and price point at Tile Town to be best for us and our project. It was also great that most of what we wanted was in stock where most places had very long lead times.

The Team at Tile Town in Richmond BC are super stars. Judi helped me with my tile selection for my guest bathroom. Mark helped my contractor when it came time to pick up the tiles and all the supplies. Customer service was above and beyond. I will be back when it’s time to renovate my ensuite bathroom. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and there was a good selection of products, both on the floor or by order. The price was also reasonable. The order was quickly placed and the tile was received within a couple days. All in all a very nice experience at this store.
