Keldon and team provided exceptional service and expertise installing our residential well in Port Alberni. They were excellent to work with in terms of communication, easy to get a hold of and helped us understand the process and potential costs. During the drilling, Keldon stayed in touch and let us know how things were going so we could make decisions about next steps. Amazingly, they were able to drill our well on short notice when another contractor fell through and this made a huge difference for us being able to move forward with our home building plans on schedule. Keldon made huge efforts to help us and followed through on everything he said in terms of timing and quoted pricing. We ended up with a very productive well to meet all our water needs. All around, I’m so thankful to have found Essential Water Works and had the best possible experience working with them. Would highly highly recommend!

Essential Waterworks was friendly, responsive to questions and completed drilling / pump install in a timley manner. The estimated invoices were pretty exact to final which is rare. I meet Keldon and his crew while they were working on my neighbors well. I had them come by to see if they could help figure out why my house had such poor water pressure. I was concerned about there being a major issue as no one else was able to fix the problem. Within a few hours they had the entire property pumping out significant water pressure. We called Keldon because we had a sulfur odor coming from our water, and he gave us clear and detailed instuctions on what steps to follow in order to solve our problem and maintain the quality of our water. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him.

Working with Keldon has been such a pleasure!He is punctual , dedicated to the job, and will put in the extra time if it's necessary. His prices are affordable and fair. And his quote was well below the other two estimates!He is super friendly, and willing to explain everything. I observed the entire procedure and stayed with him all day long to understand exactly what was happening, as he exchanged my galvanized steel pipes for the PVC pipes which should have been installed when the galvanized steel pipes were originally put in in 2001 by a different company.I know that Keldon will stand by his warranty and trust there won't be any need for a warranty call.Because this work became urgent right after a massive 5-day hydro outage, and there was mud in all my pipes because of that, he came back several times to make sure that all my showerheads were exchanged, and that all the taps were running properly again, and exchanged what needed to be exchanged to make that happen after completion of his more than necessary work. When I was left with thick and extremely muddy water after that hydro outage caused by two massive trees falling across my property, and this caused the well pump to fail, he was there the next day to do the work necessary. Thank you, Keldon, you did a fantastic job, and on top of that you were incredibly kind!Of all the tradespeople I have ever worked with, you are definitely the best of the best!

I wish I would have discovered Essential Water Works sooner! They are friendly, responsive, reliable and communicative. They worked hard to help me find the best solution to fix my pump and were conscious of time and cost. The water flow I have now is better than ever before. We had the privilege of dealing with and using Keldon from Essential Water Works to troubleshoot, pull and replace our deep well this last week. I can't say enough about Keldon and his crew. Professional, on time and Under Budget! They showed up with the right equipment and more than enough parts to solve any unforeseen problems. There was no running back for forgotten tools are parts, rare it seems these days. They also left the site clean of all debris without being asked, again very refreshing.
