I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received on my recent delivery with your company. As a truck driver, I was in need of using the washroom after my delivery, but I was informed by an employee that I was not allowed to use the facilities due to company policy.This is unacceptable, as truck drivers are often on the road for extended periods of time and require access to basic amenities such as washrooms. Denying a truck driver the ability to use the facilities not only shows a lack of basic human consideration, but it also goes against industry standards.I hope that you will take my complaint into consideration and take steps to rectify this issue. I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to this matter.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
