Jeff and his associate, Josh, were very helpful in dealing with our above ground pool heater. They were able to fix the issue and provide us with some recommended maintenance. They also provided some assistance with another leak in our pool equipment and recommended how to best protect our heater during the winter months. We will definitely be calling Chrome Mechanical for any of our furnace, A/C, gas fireplace, and pool heater equipment. They were honest, reliable, and did excellent work.

I contacted about 4 different companies for a home AC quote over the weeked and Chrome mechanical was the only one who replied and actually made it out to my house to give me a quote the next day. Jeff's quote was competitive I felt confident and at ease with his abilities and knowledge. The installation went great and I couldn't have expected better service. I first went to one of the larger HVAC companies when my AC unit wasn't blowing any cool air. They quoted me $370 for a part that Jeff at Chrome quoted $47. They also told me that they weren't sure if it could be fixed and recommended replacing the whole unit but Jeff was able to replace the part and got it back up running. He was able to come on short notice on a Friday before the long weekend and was very professional/responsive and saved me a lot of money! The other company just seemed like they were upselling me but Jeff was very transparent throughout the process and prioritized my best interests as a customer. Highly recommend their services!

Jeff came out to do a quote for a new a/c for us as ours had broken down and we thought it was probably at the point where it needed to be replaced. Besides doing the quote, he also listened to the problems we were having and offered to look at the issue with the a/c to buy us some more time.
