I refuse to come here, when visiting the area. I don’t care how desperate I am. Dirty; using older nail files and not cleaning etiquette when nail prepping. Just sad, they just want to get paid..(I told and refused them to treat me with dirty files, etc.Wouldn’t recommend.

The only salon I will ever go to ! All the ladies are so kind and incredible. They are all super clean and cautious. Emily goes above and beyond every single time I’ve been in her chair !

Had an apt at 2:00 for 3 people to get nails done. We called to say we would be about 10 minutes late, traffic was bad. Lady on the phone said that's fine

Very professional services. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I never feel rushed and always receive great service!

So my friend and I had an appointment for 3:30pm, we arrived right at 3:30. Apparently it was written on the tablet for 3pm so the girl no showed us and filled our slots.  They said they called her and sent a text message however it was the wrong number so we never received anything. The one girl was extremely rude to my friend and talked down to her like she was a child. Not a good way to treat clients and especially to a bride to be.My friend was getting married the next day and badly needed nails done.They did sort out the mess and got her in right away.I waited about half hour before I could get seen.   They suggested the dip to make things easier which I was all for.My friend had her nails done and no major issue.The technician I had was a lovely girl, easy going, super friendly however she missed counted how many layers she did and I mentioned one was done 3 times and one was only 2.  The colours didn't match.She assured me it was the light and all would be fine. I knew it wasn't.When she was officially done the colours did not match and you could tell by her reaction of oh no"Needless to say nothing was offered / suggested to me to fix my right hand and I was given no discount due to the error. I had to pay full price for my hands to be different before a wedding which I'm the MOH.I was not impressed at all."

Awesome customer service! Emily makes gettin my nails done such an awesome experience! She's always so friendly n amazing at her hand painted designs! Highly recommend her or anyone of the wicked ladies there ❤

This was one of the best experiences at a nail salon I have had in a while. Tess did an amazing job on my nails, and I am so happy to see a salon finally using the trays for dip powder rather than just putting your fingers in the dip container. The last time I went to a salon in the area for dip powder they left them all bumpy. Not Pembroke nails though, these ladies know what they are doing. Can't wait for my next visit.

They got me in last minute in the busy week before newyears, and they did a lovely job! Pedicure and acrylic full set are lovely. Thanks for the gorgeous claws!
