I had a great experience at 22 Auto Body. Ronnie senior and junior treated me very well. They do excellent work and it only took a few days. They also supplied me with a loaner vehicle in the meantime. I would highly recommend them for all your auto body needs. Oh yeah, they also gave me a Tim card which was very thoughtful. Ron is the owner of 22 autobody, he is the most honest, trustworthy caring person you could ever meet! Over the years my wife and I have been hit by vehicles and either ran into or have been hit by deer, and we have always gone to Ron. His work is impeccable! It's sad because insurance companies don't mention him, and want you to go to the body shop that they recommend and always say that they (the insurance company) do not cover the warranty if you choose to go somewhere else, when in fact it's not them (regardless where you go) that covers any warranty. In fact it is the body shop that covers it. Ron warranty's all his work!! But I can guarantee that you will not need it as I've already said his work is impeccable! Out of the 6 vehicles that my wife and I have had him do it looked factory. Ron goes above and beyond and that's all I will say, as if you do go to him you will see for yourself. Every other body shop needs to take pointers from Ronnie. They would all be AMAZING if they were even half as good as him. Thank you Ronnie for everything you have done for us!! Sincerely

Been there twice. Second time there I messed up. I hesitated when he asked me if I wanted to go through insurance. He saw the hesitation in my eyes and the price went SKYROCKETED. Charged for $2500 for a scratch and a dent on the door, also told me $2100 if I pay cash. On the paper he priced, the labor fees were $1800 bucks. I couldn’t accept that so I went somewhere else and got it done for $800 bucks plus taxes. ( asked 3 different shops price were around $800-$1200)Will never go back again, but for people who’s going: make sure you don’t hesitate when he asks if you wanna go through insurance.

Hit a deer with my Explorer a couple of weeks ago. Not a lot of damage but enough. Ron and his team were professional, helpful and courteous. They even called the rental company to set up my replacement ride. Got my car back today and I am blown away by how great it looks! They even cleaned up the interior. I hope not to need their service again, but if I do, I know who I'll call.

I called for a quote to replace the bumper cover on my car. As it turns out by the time Ron called me back I had it repaired. I was interested in seeing what it would have cost to replace so I let Ron start his quote. His price for the bumper was in the ballpark. He then said that to remove and install would be 3 1/2 hours labour because they were 'tricky' on a PT Cruiser. Bear in mind that that morning I had watched a professional remove and reinstall my cover as he repaired it. It took less than 45 minutes total. When I questioned the 3 1/2 hours Ron said okay you install it then" . He was then quick to get off the phone.They may do great work but I wouldn't trust their pricing. Do your homework."

They did a great job on my husbands old F150. We didn’t want to spend a fortune on it since it’s an older model. The price was fair and they had it done on time as promised. Honest business doing good work. Recommended.

Insurance company wanted me to go to a different company but I refused, glad I did. Work was excellent and staff were very professional. If you're looking for auto body repair in the London Ontario area, bring it to Ron and his team!
