Chuck is an awesome guy and he does phenomenal work. He works fast and efficiently, making sure his customers are comfortable going forward with the fix for their electronics. He fixed my iPhone X when the Apple store said they couldn't fix it and wanted $850 for a replacement phone. Thank you Chuck - I'm so happy to have my phone back. 1000% recommend him and his shop!!

Outstanding service, very satisfied. I would like to thank you Chuck for fixing my phone! Although he was fully booked, he still found the time to work on my phone. I was not charged for unnecessary appointments, and I only paid upon completion of the job. I highly recommend this place!

Terrible service. Jack, if thats even his real name was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Sucks because I was about to buy something there and I left because I didn't want to support a company with such rude employees

I drove all the way from Toronto to Waterloo to find Chuck to fix two iPhones cracked screens as I used to come to this place for repairs all the time as a student. Still trust him and love the low price comparing to other individual stores/Apple store. Strongly recommended!
