I used JM vacations for about 20 years for my vacation to the Algarve every Spring Time. I was very happy with the service and I felt comfortable knowing that there was always help if I needed it in Albufeira. They are the best.

Really disappointed in their response to the current crisis. When we asked if we could put off our travel plans to the fall of 2020 or the spring of 2021 - of course but at an added cost.Our trip had been paid in full as we were to leave March 24th with no recourse. If we had booked direct with Air Transat as a carrier I would have at least been offered a credit to be used by year end.We were also planning on further travel to the Netherlands - those hotels we were able tocancel at no cost.Thank goodness for travel insurance.JM must have some recourse with the hotel and airline given the current situation.

I reached out 4 times to build a vacation for 8 heard back twice with a promise to get me some details and prices. That was over a month ago. Very disappointed in the service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! TERRIBLE SERVICEWas given this company's name by an acquaintance. Called to inquire about long-stay properties in Portugal. Spoke to Isobel" who was to email me with information next day. Did not hear back
