Shopping here was awesome, staff is very welcoming and they will answer all question regarding pet care. Cecilia was very proffessional and knowledgeable. This shop is a must for new pet owners and definitely recommend it!!

Without the permission, they used the photos of other people's pets as commercial advertisements. After communicating with the store owner, they posted it second time. The attitude was very bad.

My cat loved their cat litter box and cat litter. It’s super absorbable and doesn’t smell. Thanks for the recommendation! Will definitely come again for more when my cat grows up

Visited this pet supply store on Saturday, the store has a lot of cute toys that I haven't seen anywhere else. The lady was very helpful and answered all my questions. When I asked for samples of cat food in different flavors, they gave me a few different ones for free (some stores generally charge extra), and I bought a few nicely packaged cat treats for my baby, who loves them. It is worth repurchasing again, the attitude and service are not as bad as other reviews have written.

Shopping here was amazing! The on-staff was very knowledgeable and welcoming. They were able to answer all my questions about my pet. The manager was very professional and helpful. Definitely a must try for all future pet owners!
