We boarded our cat here while we went on vacation and are so happy we did! It was our first time being away from him since we adopted him so we were a bit nervous but it was a worry free experience! From dropping him off until pickup we knew he was well taken care of. They happily provided updates and photos to help ease our mind and were always quick to respond to inquiries. When we went to pick him up he was snuggling with the caregivers and it was easy to tell that he enjoyed his vacation as much as we did ours. THANK YOU for taking such good care of our Bo!

I have nothing but good things to say about Cat's Cradle. My cat Mya was recently diagnosed with diabetes and so she needs special care - insulin injections and regular blood glucose checks. Cat's cradle took great care of her and their rates were very reasonable. They kept me informed about her care so I could relax knowing she was in good hands. I highly recommend this business!

As a first time kennel user I had many questions. The staff at Cat’s Cradle were very patient with my questions.I found the location to be clean, and well laid out for multiple cats. The individual spot had a window to the outside so ‘Leo’ was happy to watch the birds.I called after the first days and they were happy to share how he was doing. Then I got some photo and a little update. These acts made me feel like Leo was in a good place.The shared area where all Cats get some time was full of climbing trees and toys.I would recommend this Boarding Kennel for your cat.

An amazing place for my cat to stay! This is the second time we sent Bate to the boarding kennel. This time we were away for 3 weeks. As we expected, he is happy and has gotten fat for a bit.He seems to miss his playground a lot as we don’t have so many toys and cat trees at home.The rooms are big enough for our cat to feel comfortable. Unlike other places which are small and smelly (you can imagine letting your cats stay in a small cupboard for many days).The nanny is lovely and she always asks for Bate’s daily portions. You can also ask for updates on how your cat is doing and she will send you pictures and videos of your cat.Surprisingly, each room was given a bird feeder in the summer so that cats could enjoy it.Affordable price! Same range as other places but we get so many more benefits! (Big playground, big rooms, lovely nannies, even grooming and nail trimming services besides the kennel)

My experience with Cat's Cradle Boarding was 11/10. From beginning to end, everyone I contacted was responsive, informative, and very kind. We were so nervous about letting our kitty Lucy for the first time, but the knowledge and kindness of Genelle and her team was reassuring.Lucy stayed there for 7 nights, and I was able to text every day to check in how she was doing, and even got some lovely pictures! When we picked her up, she was so happy and it was noticeable her affection with Genelle.I also highly recommend the grooming service by Perfect Paws, which was wonderful. Lucy is now ready for the holidays :)Thank you so much for taking care of our kitty as she was yours. We are so happy to now have a reliable place to take Lucy when she needs.

Our cats had a 2 1/2 week long stay at this cats only kennel. The cats were happy and healthy when we picked them up. The younger cat really enjoyed the play time in the centre area. The older cat is more reserved. She enjoyed the outdoor deck attached to their suite. Wendi the proprietor is very caring and recognizes the individuality of cats. I would most certainly use this place again.
