Terrible service and very rude to young children. Definitely not a family-friendly shop!My two-and-a-half-year-old son tried to touch a toy and then the female staff shouted to him, stop touching it otherwise you need to leave!" My son and daughter felt very scared and her rude action absolutely ruined their Christmas holiday. Extremely disappointed!"
