Proprio et employés sympathique, services offerts adéquat pour une marina de la région. L'entretien des batiments n'est pas parfait mais c'est le début de la saisonOwner and workers on ground very friendly, the offered services are what you'ld expect from a marina on the bay. The structures are slightly damaged, but they are working on it.

As someone who stays on Lake Memphrémagog every summer with my family we rely on our small 15’ boat with a 20hp Mercury outboard engine to enhance our 6 week stay. In 2017 we took the engine to Roy Marine for repairs and were charged over $900 including a replaced starter and other parts. We did not get the engine back until after we left our cottage. It was collected by a neighbor on our behalf and put in the boat house. On our return July 2018 after one run on the boat it again broke down. It was returned to Roy Marine ‘again’ and it was almost six weeks before it was returned again after we had left. We received a bill again in the same range showing the same parts had been replaced for a ‘second’ time. This year 2019 we managed two runs before it again broke down on the first day . Resisting the temptation of throwing the engine in the lake (I would not do this) I took the engine to Letourneau Marine in Magog. What an amazing difference. Professional, helpful, friendly service from Kevin. AND a perfectly running engine after they worked on it. I would never use not recommend Roy Marine based on my personal experiences. Phone calls are rarely returned and opening hours are very hit and miss.

Absolutely terrible service. Here is just a short list of examples:1. Asked for my boats to be ready one a day (with three weeks notice), one of my boats I did not receive until another 5 days went by.2. Asked them to fix the horn on my boat for the past 2 years, still has not been done.3. My neighbours 10hp engine was broken, brought it them and the fix it 5 WEEKS later! The engine then broke again after the second time they used it. The marina has not responded to any emails they send.4. Did not wash our boat before they launched it in the spring but still billed us for it.5. Asked two years in a row to fix radio, has not been done.6. Terrible hours: went on a Saturday afternoon (busiest day in the summer), they were closed.Those are just some of the problems I have had. I have been with this marina for almost ten years and the only reason I have stuck with them for so long is the location but now I have had enough.
