I highly recommend this storage facility. Geri is very accommodating, helpful, and responds quickly to emails. I never once had a problem accessing my unit during a 2 year tenancy. Easy access, affordable, and community minded facility. 5 star

Just moved to North Battleford and needed storage. Sent the application back with all of my information, less my employment supervisor’s name and number (I don’t feel comfortable providing someone’s personal information on an application for a storage unit) and drivers license (I don’t have one) they told me the application wasn’t filled out in full after I emailed it.When I called to ask what part needed to be filled out, she snickered and sarcastically said, “all of it.” After I explained I don’t feel comfortable giving my manager’s name and number since we all work remotely and use our personal phones, and that I don’t have a drivers license since I work at home for a web dev company out of Silicon Valley and haven’t needed one thus far in life she said, “Provide the information or you can find other storage.”Overall terrible experience and customer service. Very rude and will not work with you if you don’t fit into their cookie cutter boxes on the application.Do not recommend. Dodged a bullet. If I could give a 0 star rating I would.

After researching all of the storage providers in the Battlefords and area it was apparently Battleford Mini-Storage has the best security and very nice units. I found their staff very accommodating, professional and easy to do business with. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend, I’ve had my unit for over 2 years and recently acquired a second on short notice and they were very accommodating.Always appreciate their prompt reply and service.
