worst place to live in! The superintendent walks into your apartment whenever she wants without any notice, she enters apartments without people consent or warning while you are not at home with any maintenance excuse. I was out of town and my wife and little son were alone in the apartment and the superintendent and a maintenance guy came in without even knocking at the door while my wife and kid were sleeping. When my wife jumped out of bed and complained about the way they entered, they started yelling at her and did not care, they continued walking around the apartment. My wife was very scared, and she still is. This is not a safe building to live in. The people in the main office never apologize for it or did anything about it.

I absolutely loved living here. I could not get over how friendly the people are in Kingston. The only thing I did miss was not having a washer/Dryer in the unit.Other than that I would return in a heart beat.
