Aly and Greg at northline collision worked on my 2014 chevy silverado really really great costumer service and how they deal with people. They get the job done and take care of any problems or questions or concerns. I would gladly return again if I needed work done in the future.

Customer service is poor by the girl at the front desk. She has a bad attitude towards her customers. Didn’t help me at all except make excuses for not doing repairs for the damage on my vehicle.

Was brought in early were warned be atleast 10 days it ended up 14 waiting for bolts for the box. The work done the truck was very good. It was detailed . I am happy with the way it turned out.

I had an issue with the sliding door on a rental van and the shops I called or visited in Williams Lake didn't have time to see me for 2 weeks or so.I called Northline to make an appointment for an assessment, since we were planning to stop in Smithers for a hike.My experience with this shop was a pleasant one.Not only did they make time to see me (even though it was likely a small job for them) but they also helped me out as soon as I got there, since they knew we were only passing through.They not only took care of the issue, but also didn't even charge me a dime because it only took 10 minutes to fix

Someone backed into my driver door, Northline got together a quote the same day it happened. My vehical is fixed and looks just the way it did before the accident. They are amazing at what they do and take care in what they do. I would totally recommend them.
