Went to the bank and beside me a lady named Sylvie was so so rude to a customer and started yelling at him.What a bad customer service.We also had same very bad experience with her.Why is she still working there ??She should not be in customer service!!!!

Opened an account online and was told to present ID in person at this branch to complete the process. Went to the branch, spoke to a teller, presented my ID. Was told that the account was active. However, I was unable to deposit funds into my account. Called customer support and was informed that the branch did not activate the account and I have to repeat the process all over again.

As I didn't have a copie machine to copy my bank statements so I went directly to the bank on st-louis to have just a one year back track statement and the bank manager denied to give me a few copies and I find he was really rude when I asked him can he tell me when it would be the best time to come by and do copies of my statements...he replied rudly that I should get with the program and go by a printer ... I've been a client with them since 2003 and now I don't even show up there to do business with that bank .
