I have been involved with credit union s and even worked for the Kelowna and District Credit Union. But never worked for Prospera. I trust them so much. Wonderful staff, aways so willing to help. You definitely will get 5 stars

Everything with this Credit Union has gone downhill since the Merger.Have tried to reach Senior Staff severals time to no avail. Different locations too.We used to ADORE this credit union.They do not oversee things with the diligence they once had. Such a shame they can’t uphold the great service they once provided. Taking all our investments, personal and business banking elsewhere this year. Unfortunate that it’s changed.Zero accountability for screw ups.Senior management must be on permanent vacation. Not a single manager taking investment screw ups seriously.Everyone passing the buck and blaming another branch for the errors. A shame.
