We used the services of Ultimate Limo for one of our groups who were requiring a transfer from YVR to Whistler.The communication leading up to the event was excellent and they made sure that everything ran smoothly. It was an intricate trip as there were stops required along the way. Toni was the driver on the day and did a brilliant job in getting the group to their destination in a timely and efficient manner.We look forward to working with them again in the future for other group travel requirements. Took sedan limo for my birthday. The booking was easy over the phone. Driver arrived on time and dropped off on time. Night went well until the driver thought it would be a good idea to pull into my driveway, which is fairly short and I park at the end of on the street. Being in a limo, he did not account for the length and scrapped my entire rear bumper causing thousands in damage. Obviously insurance covers it but why would he think it’s a good idea to pull in the driveway. It was 4am and there was no one on the road, could’ve parks out there for a quick drop off. Emailed to report this and didn’t receive an email back in over a week until I finally called and the lady told me the manager would call me back. He never did. Also, he never responded to my email. Probably won’t be using ultimate limo again. Lastly, the driver said nothing when it happened. He took photos and drove off.

Really good experience, our driver was excellent! They responded quickly to emails and calls and accommodated our needs. Highly recommend their services.

We used Ultimate Limo 4 You for our wedding, on on a few special nights out. Extremely professional, great fleet of vehicles and very on time. For our special dinners out, they are fantastic and we have been lucky enough every time that the Driver has given us flexibility with out return time, all for the same price. For our wedding, the level of professionalism was through the roof. We had a very detailed itinerary with a lot of asks of our drivers. They exceeded all standards and seemed to really enjoy working our wedding and helping make the day.If you are looking to book for a wedding, look no farther.

I booked Ultimate Limo 4 You for my daughter's 19th birthday and it was fantastic. Not only does Ultimate have excellent customer service, the bus was incredibly clean and had an awesome layout. The sound system was perfect for a birthday. I rented them for an evening and even had the pleasure of riding with them back from the party. I would definitely rent Ultimate again. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday so special!

Terrible service. They tried to change our departure time and argued that they had to leave early day of while we were waiting for a few people to arrive. Bus broke down on its way to get us for return trip but nobody told us. We had to call multiple times before the company answered and then we were told about the breakdown. They should notify customers if there is an issue!!. Were told another bus was 20 to 25 minutes out. It took over an hour to arrive and again We called multiple times to see where it was with no answer. Most people gave up waiting and paid for ubers because we couldn't get a hold of the company. Customer service needs an overhaul.

Amazing service!! Got a limo for an event happening Sunday night, the event got changed to Saturday. They were more then happy to accommodate me and get us a limo for Saturday night even though I booked it for Sunday. Our limo driver was a rock star! Thank you Ravi!!
