I called them to repair my furnace in the middle of a cold snap. They showed up quickly and did their best to get the parts as fast as they could. unfortunately my make of furnace was hard to get parts for. They did their best to get it working as soon as they got the parts and kept me updated. Would definitely call them again.

As always Battle River stepped up even though i was across the country on business and they took the time to replace my water heater the same day... awesome service.

Furnace installation has been leaking gas for a long time, probably since installation. Due to no response from Brad over a number of requests, had Ankertond gas in yesterday - one call a crew showed up in about 10 minutes. Found and repaired 2 deficiencies in installation of gas line to gas stove resulting in leakage. Luckily it was slow and no fire or explosion - no one died!!Quite lucky all-around including you, Brad! We are exhausted all the time, very likely due to the natural gas in our home thanks to errors in installation and lack of your caring and response. This is not PROFESSIONAL. Brad, you were excellent up until installation was done and you were paid - then almost nothing and now you don't respond at all. Thanks to Ankerton problem solved, maybe we'll recover now and get our lives back. NO THANKS TO YOU, BRAD. IN THE LEAST WE ARE LESS THAN HAPPY WITH YOU! NO STARS!THE LEAST YOU COULD DO, IS TALK TO US BUT I WILL BE IMMENSELY SURPRISED IF YOU WILL.In fairness to Brad, he did finally get ack to us, was understanding of the situation, very apologetic and phoned the gas supplier who did the repair and paid the bill. In the end he was the guy who I hired for the new furnace as he was the best around - once he found out about the situation, he took the high road and looked after it very quickly. I am impressed with bim, he's why we bought our new furnace from him and as soon as he was aware of the problem, he looked after us quickly. Totally renewed my faith in him. I had Battle River Plumbing and Heating Ltd run a bbq gas line for me. The service was excellent in all ways. The staff was very friendly and completed the job professionally and cleaned everything up when it was complete. I would highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, this operation does not stand by their service. Advised by Brad to spend the $500 on service and repair rather then go with a new furnace. Brad assured me they would be there for me if the furnace breaks down in the winter.This got the furnace going for a month of use then it quit again on a minus 30 degree night. Called them, they essentially said tough luck" we can send you a quote for a new furnace. And then they didn't even bother doing that.Battle River Plumbing and Heating leave a lot to be desired in professionalism and communication."

Great service when our furnace and boiler went down because of power issues. Come out the morning I called and had it up and running in no time!! Great guys and excellent service and quality of work!!
