U-Haul Trailer Hitches
Had an appointment to install a wiring harness. Had email and text confirmation about my appointment and even called the day before to confirm how long it would take. When I arrived they claimed they did not have me in their system and would take at least 3-4 hours which I could not wait for. Absolutely awful service

Customer service is horrendous. I don't know who trains these representatives, but they definitely don't want to work or don't like to work.
